Web development books on a bookshelf

…a web site appeared!

The latest version of Nefarious Designs is finally finished and unleashed upon the world; I can finally sit down, have a nice cup of tea and contemplate writing some proper blog posts.

I didn’t really fancy launching as part of the CSS Reboot this year since I felt a little rushed by it all last year. This year I took my sweet time and came up with something a little more fitting to it’s requirements. Of course, time will be the ultimate judge of that…

The new site is much prettier than the last one, even though it’s uses less images; and although I’m not 100% satisfied with it, it’s allowed me to explore my new found passion for design. Hopefully it’s not the worst thing you’ve ever seen – as primarily a code-ninja, I’m currently trying to progress my design and graphical skills in the essence of bettering myself.

If you’re at all interested in my methods, or the thought processes that drove some of the design decisions, take a look at my colophon.

Please feel free to leave constructive (or non-constructive – I’m not fussy) criticism…

At last! Just a couple of things; there’s no acknowledgement when using the contact form and you haven’t set-up the “you are here” links. Otherwise it’s looking groovy!

Looking good Tim, purple is underused on the web, it’s nice to see it done, and done well for a change.

    Thanks for the comments guys!

Stuart (The Muffin Man): Curses. Will get those fixed… Still, if they’re the only bugs on launch, I’m doing ok! :-)
